Using 21RISK in Your Language
21RISK speaks more than English. Spanish is the first language we have added, and more languages will follow. Each person chooses their own language, so colleagues in the same organization can use 21RISK in different languages side by side.
Who is this for? Everyone. The language is a personal setting: changing it only affects you, and it follows you to every device you sign in on.
When 21RISK suggests a language When 21RISK suggests a language
If your browser is set to a language 21RISK speaks, such as Spanish, 21RISK offers to switch the next time you sign in. A small card appears at the bottom of the sidebar, asking in that language whether you would like to use it.
- Choose Usar español to switch. The page reloads in Spanish.
- Choose Keep English to stay in English. The card goes away and is not shown again.
Either way, you can change your mind at any time, as described below.
Changing your language from the menu Changing your language from the menu
Open the menu under your name at the bottom of the sidebar, choose Language, and pick the language you want. The page reloads in that language straight away.

You can also go to Settings → Profile, choose a language under Language, and click Save.
What is translated What is translated
- Menus, buttons, pages and messages in 21RISK are shown in the language you choose.
- Anything your organization wrote stays exactly as it was written: the names of sites, boards, tags and statuses, comments, and custom fields.
- A few parts of 21RISK, such as emails and Excel exports, are still in English for now.
Tip: Missing a language your team needs? Choose Send feedback in the menu under your name and tell us which one.
