The select question is the most used question type within our system and offers a variety of options to adjust it according to your needs. Besides the Yes/No option you can edit them as needed, and add more options to provide additional clarity in your reports.

For example, when creating a GDPR audit, while you can ask whether you have the software necessary to be compliant in security checks with a yes/no question, you can also add an option to clarify whether you just have the software or you have it and regularly update this software.
