Filter tables with AI
Instead of setting filters one by one, you can describe what you want to see, and 21RISK sets the table's filters for you. It is available in Enterprise organizations, on Actions, Sites, Site activity, Users, Policies, Claims, Risk improvements, Findings boards, and the Questions and Sites of Compliance boards.
Filtering a table Filtering a table
Click Filter at the top of the table, and type what you want to see in the search field, such as “open ones at Amsterdam” or “due this month, newest first”. Below the filters that match your words, pick Filter with AI, or press Enter when no filter name matches.
The table opens with the filters set, shown as the usual chips. Change any of them, remove them, or save the table as a view to come back to it.
Refining or starting afresh Refining or starting afresh
Your words decide whether the filters you already have stay:
- Refine — words about what is shown, such as “only Amsterdam”, “also the closed ones” or “without the overdue ones”, change those filters and keep the others.
- Start afresh — a request that says in full what you want, such as “closed findings at London”, replaces the filters.
If you were on a saved view, the result opens as an unsaved view, so your saved view stays as it was. Save the result as a new view to keep it.
What it understands What it understands
- Names of your sites, people, statuses, categories, tags and groups, such as “at Aarhus” or “assigned to Jens”.
- You: “mine” or “assigned to me”.
- Dates: “overdue”, “due this month”, “created in the last 7 days”, “updated before June”.
- Sorting: “newest first”, “highest cost first”.
It only sets filters the table offers in its Filter menu, and only looks up the sites and people you have access to.
Good to know: A request costs a fraction of a cent and counts toward your organization's monthly AI spend. You can also go to a filtered table from anywhere with the command palette.
