Tenants

A tenant is access to an organization within 21RISK, a user can have multiple tenants each with it's own set of permissions and roles.

When you start inviting users into your organization, most of the time they are probably employees of your organization and nothing special will happen.

But for users that are consultants or other stakeholders that work across multiple organizations that use 21RISK, when you are invited to an organization and you already have a user within 21RISK, you will now be given a tenant to that organization.

Inside that organization you will appear just as any other user, however you will have an additional menu item in the user menu.

In this menu you can see all the organization that have added you. And by clicking on one of them you will be taken to that organization.

When switching between organization, your permissions within the app is determined by your access level in that organization, this means that you may find things you are able to do or see in one organization that you are not able to do or see in another organization.
