The comment question is excellent for open-ended questions. You can use it when you want to get opinions or longer reports. For example, you can use this question to get an overview of your GDPR security protocols by asking your organization's compliance overseer to provide a short report on the state of it, before moving on to other questions. You can also drop down files or documentation that needs to be filled for your compliance efforts and get context for it as an answer.
