When all members of your team have access to 21RISK, actions are perfect for collaboration.
Description can be updated by one team member. Meanwhile, you might add a comment that the cost estimate should be provided by another colleague. After some discussion in the comment section, you agree on a due date. Corrective actions are where your team works with the non-compliances identified.
Only one member can be responsible
In 21RISK only one person can be assigned responsibility for a given action. We believe that if more than one person is assigned responsible, no one is responsible.
