Awaiting Approval
Some organizations prefer an extra step before a corrective action is considered completed. When awaiting approval is activated for an organization, a member with elevated permissions must approve the action.
Who can review actions
Any member with permission to review actions can approve. When the action is improved, the status will change from awaiting approval to completed.
How to enable the awaiting approval flow
The awaiting approval flow can only be activated for the organization as a whole. To activate this feature, please contact 21RISK support.
