What the weekly digest is What the weekly digest is
The weekly digest is a single email, sent every Monday morning, that summarizes the boards you're involved in for one organization. It opens with a one-line summary of the week — how many actions were completed and how many are overdue — followed by one section per board with its key numbers, and a chart of open items over the last 8 weeks.
Each board section shows the numbers that matter for that board type:
- All boards — open actions, overdue actions, and open actions missing a responsible.
- Compliance boards — the compliance percentage with its change since last week.
- Insurance — open risk improvements, value-collection progress, sites that updated values, and new or updated sites.
- Findings boards — new findings and closed findings this week.
Every section links straight to its board, so the digest works as a Monday starting point: read the numbers, click through to what needs attention.
Turning it on or off Turning it on or off
Open Notifications → Settings in the sidebar and find the Weekly digest card. The toggle controls the digest for the organization you're currently in — turning it off in one organization doesn't affect others.
Use Send test to email yourself the digest immediately. It's built exactly like the real Monday send, so what arrives is what next week's digest will look like.
Choosing which boards are included Choosing which boards are included
Expand Choose boards on the Weekly digest card to control the digest per board. Each board has three levels:
| Level | What it means |
|---|---|
| Participating | (Default) The board is included when you're involved in it — responsible for actions, a board owner, have commented, or have been active on the board. |
| Always include | The board is always in your digest. |
| Exclude | The board is never in your digest. |
If no boards qualify in a given week, no digest is sent — you'll never receive an empty email.
These levels are separate from your notification watch levels . You can ignore a board's notifications and still keep it in your weekly digest, or the other way around.
Who receives the digest Who receives the digest
Everyone in the organization with the Weekly digest toggle on — including members who haven't logged in yet — as long as at least one board qualifies for them that week. This means someone who has been assigned responsibility for actions receives a weekly overview of them even before their first login. The digest only ever shows boards and sites the recipient has access to.
