Categories/Questions

At 21RISK an audit consists of several categories, what some people also refer to as questions.

Categories are responsible for 21RISK being extremely flexible. Some categories requires members to write a comment, while others fetch data from external APIs like Hazards by Munich Re.

Category Types

Within our 21Risk System, we have included a variety of question types that you can include in your reports. We will explain all the use cases for each question type below. Here is a list of all the question types within our system:

  1. Checkbox
  2. Select
  3. Number
  4. Slider
  5. Comment
  6. Users
  7. TSI
  8. Location
  9. HazardsbyMunichRe
  10. ClimatebyMunichRe
  11. Signature
  12. Currency
  13. COPE
  14. Scientific

Before we dive into the specifics of every type of question, we’d like to showcase a couple of options that are available for most questions, regardless of their type:

You can write down comments for extra clarification or notes for the question itself.

  1. Here you can assign a person who is responsible for this question.
  2. If this question/action item has payment involved, you can note down the cost here.
  3. You can assign a due date for this action item, so that you receive reminders, and won’t accidentally miss the deadline for it.
  4. Here you can upload files, images, and documents needed to clarify how to achieve the action needed by the responsible person.
  5. On the right side, there is a Settings dropdown menu that can allow you to display or remove sections of this question.
  6. On the right side, you have the option to assign conditional logic to this question. One good use case is that you can adjust when a condition is met for this question to appear/not appear.
  7. On the right side, you can click to add a description for any additional information assigned to this question.

Categories with a cost

The vast majority of categories in 21RISK can be used without any additional costs. A few categories come with a cost per use, as they fetch data from external API's with a price per call.

The price for using a model, can always be inspected before creating a new audit. If the price for a model is €100, creating a draft audit with this model will then decrease your account balance by 100.
