A Document board called Incident response, open next to the sidebar, with headings, a numbered list and a table of who to call

There is a new kind of board: the Document. It is one page of text, right next to the boards it describes. Write down how your organization handles an incident, what a new site manager should know, or what the boards in a folder are for.

Write, then save

The whole page is the document. Click anywhere, start typing, and format with headings, lists, tables, links and images. Nothing changes for anyone else until you click Save.

Every version is kept

Each save is a new version. History shows who saved what and when, and highlights exactly what changed from the version before. Editors can restore an earlier version at any time, and the restore becomes a version of its own, so nothing is ever lost.

If a colleague saves while you are still editing, 21RISK tells you instead of quietly overwriting their work.

You decide who reads and who edits

  • Readers read the document and its history.
  • Editors also edit it and restore earlier versions.
  • Admins also choose who has access.

Put a document at the top of a folder, and everyone who opens the folder knows what it is for.
