Fill in site fields while you audit

Some of what you learn during an audit belongs to the site, not to the board: how far the site has come with ISO 45001, who manages it, the date of its last fire drill. Until now, keeping those up to date meant leaving the board for the Sites table. You can now fill them in at the top of each site's page on a Compliance 2.0 board, while you work through its questions.

Choose the fields for your board

Open the board's Settings and pick the site fields in the Site fields card. They appear on every site's page on the board, under the introduction.

Fill them in where the work happens

On a site's page, change the values and select Save. The value is saved on the site itself, so the Sites table, other boards and analytics show it too, and the site's history records the change.

Changing a field takes the same rights as on the site: access to the site, plus Update Sites or membership of the field's editor groups. A field you can't change stays visible, locked, with the reason on hover.

Part of every report

A saved report keeps the values the site had when the report was saved. The PDF and Excel exports include them, so the record you send to an auditor or insurer is complete.

Key benefits

  • No detour: keep site data current without leaving the board.
  • Kept once: the value lives on the site, not in a copy on each board.
  • Questions that fit the site: when a multi-select site field decides which questions apply, the site's questions update as soon as you save.
  • Complete records: reports and their exports show the fields as they were.
