Send us feedback from any page

The Sites page with the Feedback panel open on the right: Problem, Idea and Question to choose from, a text box, a screenshot of the page with its addresses blacked out, and a Send button

Something not working, an idea for how 21RISK could fit your work better, or a question about how to do something? You can now tell us in a few seconds, without leaving the page you're on. Open the menu under your name at the bottom of the sidebar and choose Send feedback, or press ⌘K (Ctrl+K on Windows) and type feedback.

Write one sentence, we add the rest

Pick Problem, Idea or Question and write what happened or what you'd like. The panel opens beside the page, so you can still see and scroll what you're describing. We attach what we need to look into it: a screenshot of the page, the page's address, the version of 21RISK you're on and your browser. Open Also included automatically to see exactly what's sent.

Your data stays yours

  • Amounts and addresses hidden — amounts and addresses in tables are blacked out in the screenshot before you see it.
  • Mark it up — draw a box to point something out, or black out anything else you'd rather we didn't see. Or remove the screenshot altogether.
  • Stored with us — the screenshot goes to 21RISK's own storage, never to a third party.

Every report gets a reply

Your feedback goes straight to the 21RISK team, and one of us replies to you personally by email, usually within one or two working days. If something goes wrong on a page, the error page now has a Report problem button that sends us the error along with your description.

Nothing you write is lost if you close the panel: your draft waits for you, and if you're offline, we send it as soon as you're connected.

To make room, Notifications has moved too: it's now the bell next to your name, with the number of unread notifications on it.
