We're introducing Notifications — a personal inbox that keeps you on top of what's happening across your boards, without having to go looking for it. A new bell in the sidebar shows your unread count, and the Notifications page collects everything in one place, grouped by board.
Why this matters
A lot happens in 21RISK every day — risk improvements get updated, reports get created, values change. Most of it isn't yours to act on. Notifications cut through the noise so you see the things that involve you , and can safely ignore the rest.
How it works
You decide how much you hear from each board with a simple watch level :
- Participating & @mentions (default) — only get notified about items you're involved in: ones you're responsible for, have edited, or have commented on.
- All activity — get notified about everything on the board.
- Ignore — stay quiet, unless you've subscribed to a specific item.
You can also subscribe to an individual risk improvement to follow just that one — even on a board you otherwise ignore — and unsubscribe any time from the item itself.

- By email too — important updates reach you even when you're not in the app.
- In your control — set a different watch level per board, and manage everything you're following from the Watching tab.
