We've added Notification Settings — a new section under Settings where you can view and customize the email notifications that 21RISK sends on your behalf 🎉
What's new
A new Notifications tab is now available in Settings for all users. From here you can see every notification template that 21RISK uses, along with its current status and content.
Organization owners can:
- Edit the subject and body of any notification to match your organization's tone and branding
- Use variables like
{{ organizationName }}to insert dynamic content - Disable notifications entirely if you don't want them sent
- Revert to defaults at any time if you want to start over
Who can do what
- All users can view the notification templates and their current configuration
- Organization owners can edit, disable, and revert notifications
The server enforces this — even if someone tries to submit changes through the API, only organization owners can make updates.
Currently available
The first customizable notification is the Welcome Email — the message sent to new users when they're invited to your organization. You can personalize the greeting, adjust the messaging, or disable it if your organization handles onboarding differently.
What's coming next
We're planning to add more customizable notifications soon, including notifications scoped to individual boards . This will let you tailor communication for specific compliance programs, insurance workflows, and more.
