See how a site’s answers changed over time

A site's page on a Compliance 2.0 board in the Timeline view: one row per question with coloured bars showing each answer's status over the last year in quarters, hatched stretches where a question didn't apply, verification dots, and camera markers for saved reports, opened from Sites under the board in the sidebar, on a gradient background

A site's page shows where every answer stands today. But an audit often asks how it got there: how long a question sat at To do, when it was completed, and whether it held. We're introducing a Timeline view that answers exactly that.

Every answer, over time

Open a site's page on a Compliance 2.0 board and choose the timeline next to the table and card views. Each question gets a row, and a bar runs across it in the colour of the answer's status, changing where the status changed. Point at a stretch to see its status, its dates and how long it lasted.

What's marked along the way

  • Verifications show as a dot where the answer was verified.
  • New major versions of a question show as a line where the answer started over.
  • Did not apply stretches are hatched, so you can see when a question fell in or out of scope for the site.
  • Saved reports show as a camera above the timeline, with a line through every row. Select it to open the report.

Pick your time frame

The timeline opens on the last year, by quarter. Switch between weeks, months, quarters and years, and choose another stretch of time, such as the last 90 days, two years or all history. Name, status and responsible stay in place while you scroll through time.

Key benefits

  • Prepare for audits: show how long each requirement has been met, not just that it is met today.
  • Spot what slips: answers that keep falling back stand out at a glance.
  • Context for every report: see what changed between two saved reports.
