Claims Settings, Landing page tab: the link to share, the title and introduction, and a live preview of the page in teal on the Aurora background

The people who see a loss first are rarely the ones who handle the claim. Now they don't need to be: every organization with Claims gets its own claims page to share, where anyone can report a loss in a minute.

Report a loss without seeing the claims board

Open Claims → Settings → Landing page and copy the link. Put it on your intranet, a notice board or in your onboarding material. Anyone with the Create permission on Claims can report there. They don't need View, so they never see anyone else's claims. To let everyone report, give the All Users group a Custom grant with only Create.

The page asks only for what someone who saw the loss can tell: a short title, the site, the date of loss, the claims line and damage type, what happened, and photos. The claim lands on the Claims board in its default status, and the reporter sees its number straight away: Claim 128 is submitted. The claims team adds the estimate, the deductible and the root cause once they know them. Want reporters to follow up on what they filed? Tick View own claims on the Authors row.

Make it yours

On the same tab you set:

  • Title, introduction and confirmation message: what to report, by when, and what happens next.
  • Brand colour: for the header and the border around the form.
  • Background: a slowly moving background in your colour, the same ones as on our sign-in page: Mesh, Aurora, Contours, Light rays or Weave.
  • Hide "Powered by 21RISK": on the Enterprise plan.

A live preview follows every change before you save, and your organization logo sits in the header.

Key benefits

  • More losses reported, sooner: one link, a short form, no claims access needed.
  • Nothing leaks: reporters see only what they filed, and only if you let them.
  • Feels like your own tool: your words, your colours.
