What used to take days of manual data entry can now be done in minutes. Simply fill out an Excel template with your sites and their organizational structure, upload it, and you're done. Whether you're onboarding 50 sites or 500, the process is the same.
Your organizational structure, preserved
Most organizations have a logical hierarchy for their sites — by region, business unit, function, or geography. With bulk import, you define up to 6 hierarchy levels directly in the Excel template. 21RISK automatically creates the parent structure for you.
For example, adding a warehouse under "Supply Chain → Europe → South → Iberia" will create all four levels automatically if they don't exist. No need to create parents first — we handle that for you.
Confidence before you commit
After uploading, you'll see a complete what-if analysis showing every site that will be created. Sites are displayed by hierarchy depth, making it easy to verify the structure matches your expectations. Only when you're satisfied do you click "Import now".

- No gaps allowed — Hierarchy levels must be contiguous, preventing accidental misconfigurations.
- Consistent structure — A hierarchy name can only exist at one level, ensuring a clean organizational tree.
- Unique names enforced — Duplicate site names are caught before import.
