✨ New Feature: Active Directory Sync (AD Sync)
Managing users in 21RISK just got a whole lot easier — especially for larger organizations!
We're introducing Active Directory Sync (AD Sync) : a powerful new feature that enables seamless synchronization between your organization's Active Directory and your 21RISK tenant.
🧠 What's it do?
With AD Sync, user management becomes automated:
- Automatic Deactivation : When a user (e.g., Hans) is removed from your Active Directory, they are automatically removed from your 21RISK tenant too — no manual cleanup needed.
- Automatic Provisioning : When a new employee (e.g., Jennifer) joins and is added to a specific AD group (e.g.,
21RISK Users), they are automatically added to your 21RISK tenant.
🚀 Why it matters
Gone are the days of manually managing user access in two systems. AD Sync:
- Ensures your user list stays accurate and up-to-date.
- Reduces administrative overhead.
- Helps avoid issues with inactive users still being assigned tasks or actions in the platform.
