We're excited to introduce Activity Log & Email Subscriptions — a new way to stay on top of what's happening across your organization in 21RISK 🎉
This feature is designed for Group Owners and Board Owners — the people responsible for overseeing their organization and boards. Activity logs and email subscriptions help you stay informed without having to constantly check in.
What's new
Every important change in your organization is now tracked in a centralized Activity Log . You can see who did what and when — from new boards being created, to sites being updated, to changes in board ownership.
Even better, you can now subscribe to email notifications for the activity types that matter most to you. When something happens, you'll receive an email with a direct link back to the relevant activity page.
Activity types we track
- Board Added / Deleted — When boards are created or removed
- Board Owner Added / Removed — Changes to board ownership
- Group Owner Added / Removed — Changes to organization-level ownership
- Site Added / Updated / Deleted — When sites are created, modified, or removed
- Site Set Inactive / Reactivated — Changes to site status
- Login — When users log in to the organization
Subscribing to notifications
Navigate to Settings → Activity to manage your subscriptions at the organization level. You can also manage board-specific subscriptions from each board's settings page.
Each activity type shows a toggle — flip it on to receive email notifications, or off to stay unsubscribed. Some activity types like "Board Added" and "Group Owner changes" are enabled by default for organization owners, so you're automatically informed about the most important changes.
Where to find the activity log
Activity logs are available at multiple levels:
- Organization level — Settings → Activity → Logs
- Board level — Board Settings → Activity → Logs (for compliance and insurance boards)
