21RISK is now in the Microsoft Marketplace, as an agent for Microsoft 365 Copilot, the Office app and Teams. Get it once, sign in once, and ask about your risk data where you already work. No export, and no copy-pasting a spreadsheet into a chat.
Connected in a minute
- Open 21RISK in the Microsoft Marketplace and select Get it now. It is free, and you need a 21RISK account.
- In Microsoft 365 Copilot, open Agents and select 21RISK.
- Ask a first question in a new chat, and complete the Sign in to 21RISK card with your normal login, single sign-on included.
- Pick the organizations the agent may reach, choose read-only or full access for each, and click Allow.
Don't see 21RISK under Agents? Your organization may require an admin to allow it in the Microsoft 365 admin center first.
Ask in your own words
The agent answers from live 21RISK data, and you can keep asking follow-up questions. A few to start with:
- “Which risk improvements are overdue, and at which sites?”
- “Summarize the compliance status of our European sites.”
- “How many sites do we have, and how are they distributed by country?”
You stay in control
- Never more than you: the agent works as your 21RISK user. It sees only what you can see, and anything it changes is logged under your name.
- Read-only or full access, per organization: start with read-only and raise it later, without reconnecting.
- Withdraw it anytime: revoke it under Settings → Profile → Authorized Applications, and it loses access on its very next request.
The MCP server page has the setup guide, next to the ones for Claude and other MCP clients.
