Site tags column in the Property Insurance overview table

We've brought site tags into the Property Insurance overview — giving you a powerful new way to segment and analyze your insurance portfolio.

What's new

Tags that you've already assigned to your sites are now available directly in the insurance table. You can:

  • Filter by tag — Use the tag facet to narrow down your insurance view to specific groups of sites, such as "High Risk", "Manufacturing", or "Leased".
  • View tags in the table — The tags column is hidden by default to keep the table clean. Enable it from the column settings to see tags at a glance alongside your insurance values.
  • Export with tags — Tags are included in Excel exports, so you can use them for grouping and pivot tables in your own reports.

Why this matters

Many organizations use tags to categorize sites by business unit, risk profile, lease status, or region-specific attributes. Until now, this categorization wasn't available when working with insurance data — meaning you had to switch between the Sites and Insurance views to cross-reference.

Now, everything lives in one place. Whether you're preparing a renewal submission or reviewing your portfolio by category, tags make it easy to slice and dice your insurance data exactly the way you need.

Key benefits

  • Better portfolio segmentation — Filter your insurance overview by any tag to focus on what matters.
  • Streamlined workflows — No more switching between Sites and Insurance to cross-reference categories.
  • Richer exports — Tags flow through to Excel exports for more flexible external reporting.
