We've extended Effective Access to sites — you can now see exactly who has access to any site, why they have access, and what site permissions they hold ✨
What's new
Every site details page now has a tab navigation with two tabs: Details (the existing site form) and Effective Access . Clicking the Effective Access tab shows a comprehensive table of all users who can access that site.
What you'll see
The table includes:
User name and email — Identify who has access at a glance
Access sources — See whether access comes from a direct assignment, the "Access All Sites" permission, or Organization Owner status
Site permissions — Check which site-level permissions each user has: Update Sites, Delete Sites, and Access All Sites
Why this matters
Site-level auditing — Verify who can access sensitive locations without checking each user individually
Compliance reviews — Quickly confirm site access is properly restricted for regulatory requirements
Access troubleshooting — When a user can't see a site, check the Effective Access view to understand what's missing
Who can see this
The Effective Access tab is visible to everyone, but the data is only available to users with the Update Users permission. If you don't have this permission, you'll see a clear message explaining why.
