We're thrilled to announce Site Changes History — a new way to track and understand all modifications to your sites over time 🎉
What's new
Every change made to a site — whether it's an edit to the name, address, status, tags, or custom columns — is now recorded and accessible directly in the Site Details view. You can see exactly who changed what and when, giving you full transparency and auditability for all your location data.
How it works
When you open a site's detail page, you'll now see a History section alongside the site information. The history tab shows:
- Revision number — Each change is numbered sequentially
- User who made the change — See which team member made the modification
- Timestamp — Exactly when the change was made
- What changed — Visual indicators show which fields were updated:
- ✏️ Name changes — Shows the before/after values
- 📍 Address changes — Shows the before/after location details
- 🏷️ Tag changes — See which tags were added or removed
- 🔄 Status changes — Track when sites were activated or deactivated
- 📋 Custom field changes — Shows updates to any custom columns
- Initial creation — The oldest entry shows when the site was first created
You can filter and search the history to focus on specific changes, making it easy to find exactly what you're looking for.
