The Risk improvements tab under Insurance Analytics, showing open, overdue and unassigned improvements, open estimated cost, status distribution and age of open improvements

We've rebuilt risk improvement analytics from the ground up. You'll find it under Insurance โ†’ Analytics โ†’ Risk improvements , and old links to the previous dashboard take you straight there.

The new page answers the questions every risk improvement program gets asked: how much is still open, what is late, who owns it, and whether the backlog is shrinking.

Current position

The page opens with today's numbers: open improvements and how many are due in the next 30 days, overdue improvements, unassigned improvements, and the open estimated cost in your base currency. Below them, you'll see the status distribution and the age of open improvements.

Resolution and trends

Pick the last 30 days, 90 days or year, or choose your own date range:

  • Average time to close , with the median alongside.
  • Change in open improvements from the start to the end of the range.
  • Open improvements over time , the actual total at the end of each day, reopenings included.
  • Activity , improvements created and closed, so you can see whether you close them faster than they come in.

History is built from the changes actually made to each improvement, not from due dates.

Where to focus

Open improvements are broken down by site , by category and by responsible person . Click a row, or any number at the top, and the risk improvements table opens with exactly those improvements, ready to follow up.

Filter analytics on any field

Analytics for findings , claims and risk improvements now use the same filters as their tables. Anything you can filter the table on, you can filter the analytics on, custom fields included. The two always agree on which items are counted, and your filters come with you when you open the table.

Key benefits

  • See what needs attention today : overdue and unassigned improvements are one click away from the list.
  • Show real progress : time to close and backlog change come from actual history, which makes them useful for management and insurer reporting.
  • Ask narrower questions : filter on a custom field, a group of sites or a single category, and every chart answers for exactly that selection.
