21RISK is now listed in Claude’s connector directory. Connect it once, and Claude answers your questions from live 21RISK data: on the web, in the desktop and mobile apps, and in Claude Code. No API key, no export, no copy-pasting a spreadsheet into a chat.

Connected in a minute

  1. Open 21RISK in Claude, or find it under Customize → Connectors → Discover.
  2. Select Connect to Claude and sign in to 21RISK as you normally would, single sign-on included.
  3. Pick the organizations Claude may reach, choose read-only or full access for each, and click Allow.

On a Team or Enterprise plan, an Owner selects Connect for your team once, and everyone then connects their own account.

Ask in your own words

Claude finds the right 21RISK data on its own, and you can keep asking follow-up questions. A few to start with:

  • “Which German sites have a High flood score?”
  • “What is our total insured value per country this period?”
  • “Which risk improvements are overdue, and at which sites?”
  • “Summarize the compliance status of our European sites.”

With full access, Claude can act on the answer too. Ask it to chase the overdue items, and it comments on each risk improvement with the next step; 21RISK notifies the person responsible, just as when you comment yourself.

You stay in control

  • Never more than you: Claude works as your 21RISK user. It sees only what you can see, and anything it changes is logged under your name.
  • Read-only or full access, per organization: start with read-only and raise it later, without reconnecting.
  • Withdraw it anytime: revoke Claude under Settings → Profile → Authorized Applications, and it loses access on its very next request.
