Every Compliance board now has an Analytics page. Open a board and you'll find it at the top of the board's menu, above Questions by site.
It answers the questions a compliance program gets asked over and over: how compliant are we, where are we weak, which sites need help, and are we getting better?
Current position
The page opens with today's numbers: compliance across every question and site, open and overdue questions, and the open estimated cost. Below them you'll see the status distribution in your board's own statuses, and compliance for every top-level section, including how many sites are fully compliant in it and how many are below half. That tells you straight away whether a section is weak everywhere or only at a few sites.
Sites at a glance
However many sites a board has, you can see how they spread: a chart shows how many sites fall in each compliance band, next to the least compliant sites, so you know where to start.
Progress over time
Pick the last 30 days, 90 days or year, or choose your own date range, to see compliance over time and how many questions were closed and reopened, whether by people or by automations.
When compliance drops because you added sites or questions, or made a major change to a question, the page tells you so, instead of counting it as work being undone.
Where to follow up
Questions still open at the most sites, open questions by responsible person, and compliance by tag show where to act next. Click any row or number, and the Questions table opens with exactly those questions.
Analytics uses the same filters as the Questions table, custom fields included, so you can look at one site group, one tag or one owner, and every chart answers for exactly that selection.
