Your own AI assistant can help you make sense of the information you keep in 21RISK. Now we're introducing skills : practical guides that compatible assistants can read to learn how to get the most out of that information.

Think of a skill as giving your assistant a handbook for 21RISK. It explains where to find relevant information, which details to check, and how to bring them together into a useful result — so you don't have to explain the process from scratch each time.

Built around your insurance work

We'll be expanding the skill library over time, with a focus on helping you generate reports and summaries for your day-to-day insurance work. Examples we're exploring include:

  • Underwriting reports — bring together a site's construction, occupancy, fire protection, insured values, and outstanding risk improvements into a draft for review.
  • Insurance renewal overviews — summarize your portfolio's insured values and highlight changes since the previous renewal, including newly added sites and updated site information.
  • Risk-improvement briefings — prepare a broker or insurer update showing completed recommendations, open actions, and items that need follow-up.
  • Portfolio summaries for management — turn information across your sites into a concise overview of where values are concentrated and which locations need attention.
  • Meeting preparation — pull together key site details, findings from engineering reports, and outstanding recommendations ahead of a discussion with your broker or insurer.

These are examples of future skills, rather than ready-made reports available today. The goal is to help your assistant turn the information already in 21RISK into a useful starting point for your work.
