Sites now has an Activity tab that collects every change made to your sites in one place, newest first.
Until now, seeing what changed on a site meant opening that site and reading its History panel. That works when you already know where to look — but not when the question is "what happened across our portfolio last week?".
Changes, not just timestamps
Every row shows the field that changed with its previous and new value side by side, so you can read the change without opening the site:
- Name, status, and hierarchy — including moves between parent sites
- Address fields — from country down to street and coordinates
- Tags and custom fields — the values your organization has defined
- Newly created sites appear as Created
Ask questions across the portfolio
The Activity table carries the same fields and filters as the Sites table, so you can narrow the feed the same way you narrow your site list — by country, tag, site group, hierarchy, or any custom field, alongside date, site, who made the change, and which field changed.
That makes it straightforward to answer things like "what changed in Denmark this month?", "which sites did this colleague update?", or "where has the insurance value been edited since our last review?".
Saved views and export
Activity supports saved views , so a recurring question can become a tab you return to. Start from New view , or open Actions → Manage table to configure fields, sorting, and filters. You can also export the current view to Excel, CSV, or JSON.
You will only ever see activity for the sites you already have access to.
