We've introduced saved table views , making it easier to return to the same worklist without rebuilding your table setup each time.

Create focused views for the work you do regularly, such as overdue risk improvements, unanswered Compliance questions, or sites with upcoming inspections. Saved views are now available in Sites , Insurance → Risk Improvements , Compliance Questions , and Findings .

Make every table fit the task

A saved view can remember:

  • The fields you need — choose which fields are visible, arrange their order, and keep your preferred widths
  • How work is prioritized — save one or more sorting rules
  • What should be included — add field filters that are applied whenever the view opens

Start with a blank view or copy your current table setup. New views are private by default, so you can refine your own workflow before sharing it with others.

One place to manage fields and views

The new Manage table dialog brings table configuration into one workspace. Use it to review available fields, create custom fields where you have permission, and configure the fields, sorting, and filters for each saved view.

Private views are ideal for personal worklists. When a setup should be used across a team, authorized users can make it public for everyone who already has access to the table.

Try it from New view above a supported table, or open Actions → Manage table for the complete editor.

Read the guides for Saved table views and Manage tables, fields, and views .
