Say hello to the weekly digest — one email every Monday morning that gives you the state of your boards in 21RISK, so the week starts with an overview instead of a hunt.
What's inside
The digest opens with a one-line summary of your week — actions completed across your boards — and then gives every board its own section with the numbers that matter:
- Compliance boards show the compliance percentage and how it moved since last week, open actions, and actions missing a responsible.
- Insurance shows open risk improvements, progress on value collection, which sites updated values, and new or updated sites.
- Findings boards show new and closed findings.
Every board section also carries a compact status bar — how its actions distribute across statuses, colored best to worst — so one glance tells you how much is done and how much is still open. A chart of open items over the last 8 weeks rounds it off, and every section links straight to its board.
You decide what's in it
Head to Notifications → Settings and find the new Weekly digest card. The toggle turns the digest on or off per organization, and Send test emails you your digest right away so you can see exactly what you'll get.
Expand Choose boards to tune it per board: Participating (the default) includes a board only when you're involved — responsible for actions, a board owner, or active on the board. Always include and Exclude do what they say. And if no boards qualify in a given week, we simply don't send anything — never an empty email.
