You can now create multi-select custom fields wherever custom fields are available in 21RISK. Instead of limiting a field to one choice, you can select every value that applies while keeping the data structured and consistent.
Multi-select fields work across sites, reports, actions, findings, questions, risk improvements, claims, and other configurable tables.
Configure the choices you need
Open Actions → Manage table → Fields from a supported table, create a custom field, choose Multi select , and add the options that matter to your organization. Teams can then select or clear several values directly in the table or in the relevant form.
Make custom fields fit the way you work
Here are a few ways to use multi-select fields:
- Key exposures — Fire, Flood, Windstorm, Earthquake
- Insurance coverage — Property Damage, Business Interruption, Machinery Breakdown
- Certifications — ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001
- Business functions — Manufacturing, Warehousing, Offices, Research and Development
- Finding themes — Fire Protection, Electrical Safety, Business Continuity
- Responsible teams — Risk Engineering, Operations, Finance, Local Management
Because the choices are centrally managed, everyone uses the same terminology. Multi-select values can also be displayed, filtered, sorted, imported, exported, and included in reporting and analytics wherever those capabilities are available.
