Last week we made it possible to record stock and machinery that one site keeps at another. This week you can see the whole picture at once.
Insurance → Analytics is a new home for the insurance overview, with tabs for Overview and Off-site values . Old links to the overview still work and land on the new page.
Off-site values at a glance
The Off-site values tab reads the period's arrangements from every site you have access to and turns them into one view:
- Totals for stock and supplies and for machinery and equipment kept off-site, in base currency, and the number of arrangements.
- Largest holders and Largest owners , two bar charts of who holds the most for others and who keeps the most elsewhere. Hover a bar and the tooltip names the counterparties and their share.
- Flow of off-site values , a diagram with owning sites on the left, holding sites on the right and a ribbon for every arrangement, sorted largest first. Drag to pan and use the buttons to zoom when the portfolio is large.
- A table of every arrangement , one row per owning and holding site, with the amount as stated, in base currency, the previous period's figure and the note. Filter it, sort it, and export it to Excel like any other table.
The figures are the same ones the Values table and each site's values page show, just regrouped by arrangement, so the totals always agree.
If nothing is off-site yet
An organization with no off-site values in the period sees a short explanation of why recording them pays off, and where the first one is entered.
Key benefits
- One answer to "what is at that warehouse?" — the holders chart and the table show what a site holds and for whom, without opening each site.
- Risk where it stands — the diagram makes concentrations visible: a single warehouse holding goods for many plants stands out immediately.
- A sheet your broker can read — the export has one row per arrangement with named columns, ready for a renewal pack.
