Collecting engineering reports for a renewal used to mean opening each site and downloading them one by one. Now you can grab them all at once: go to Insurance → Export and pick the new Engineering reports download.
What's inside the zip
- One folder per site — every engineering report for that site, with file names that start with the report date (like
2026-03-01 Property Risk Report (IF).pdf), so they always sort chronologically. - A latest folder — one file per site, containing that site's newest report. When your broker or insurer only needs the current reports, this folder is all you have to share.
- A README.pdf — a short cover note explaining the structure, including a reminder that the data may not be distributed without your organization's permission.
The export respects your site access — it only contains reports from sites you have access to.
Also part of the full export
The existing Full export (values & COPE) now also includes engineering reports: one folder per site, each with an engineering-reports subfolder. A complete handover of your insurance data is a single download.
