A new 21risk.com

Today we launched a new 21risk.com. Same company, same product, but the website finally shows what 21RISK has become: software for the whole property insurance program, with safety next to it, on one platform that is open underneath.

The old site was written for a compliance tool. We kept it running long after the product had moved on. That is fixed now.

Insurance, the way risk managers run it

The insurance pages follow the renewal. You send one request. Every site reports its property and business-interruption values in the app, with photos and documents attached where they belong. Nilfisk estimates this saved them 75% of the time they used to spend collecting and analysing risk data.

Around the values sit the things underwriters ask for next: COPE information per site, natcat exposure from Munich Re, climate scenarios at 2030, 2050 and 2100, and the risk improvements that come out of engineering reports, tracked with owner, due date and cost. Claims handling and hotwork permits are on the pages too, labelled as coming soon, because they are.

Safety, next to the insurance data

The safety pages are the other half. Audits against fire, ISO and EHS standards, findings tracked to done, and safety-walks on the way. Safety rarely gets the attention insurance gets at renewal. Keeping both in one place, on the same sites, is the point.

The tools underneath make the rest work

This is the part I am most excited to show. Everything above runs on one sites foundation, and the tools section is how you get at it without going through 21risk.com at all:

  • AI chat in the app, answering from your own risk data.
  • An MCP server , so Claude, OpenAI or Copilot can answer "what is our flood exposure in APAC?" from live data.
  • A REST API for brokers and internal systems that need current values the moment they change.
  • Advanced analytics : a direct Postgres connection for Power BI and your analytics team, no exports.
  • Notifications : digests and alerts where your team already works.

The insurance and safety features are the product. The tools are what make them stronger than a database with a nice front end: your data leaves the platform on your terms, in the shape your broker, your BI team or your AI assistant needs.

Also new

  • A pricing page with a calculator: free up to 10 users, then per user, with volume discounts. Audits, sites and actions are never metered.
  • An enterprise page with what IT and procurement ask about: SOC 2 Type 2, SSO, SCIM, access control per site.
  • The old links keep working. Pages from the previous site redirect to their new home.

If you want to see any of it on your own sites, talk to sales . And if you find something that is off on the new site, tell us. We read everything.
