In 21RISK checklists and versions are interconnected. If you want to change a checklist version, it's only possible if there are no reports using the checklist. We believe users should have predictable results when using the application, and checklists changing content in the middle of an audit is not ok. But when dealing with a large number of versions, it becomes important to keep track of how many reports are using a specific version. This together with questions like
