Make sure all sealants are intact and in good condition.

Ensure all panel fasteners are tight and in place.

Look for any signs of corrosion or rust on fasteners.

Verify that fire extinguishers or other fire-fighting equipment are easily accessible and in working condition.

No combustibles stored within 10m of external EPS walls

No hot-work are performed near EPS panels

No heaters, cookers, forklift rechargers or hazardous processes located near EPS panels

all penetrations are sealed with non-combustible material

No maintenance work should be undertaken on foam insulated sandwich panels without prior approval of the appropriate and trained person in authority
