• Boards & tables The safety-walks schedule shows where each month’s actions stand: coloured dots in the cell, and a summary when you hover it with who did the walk, when, and a link to just those actions.
• Boards & tables A site added to a safety-walks board is due straight away, in the month it joins, instead of the month after. If that first month isn't walked, it doesn't count as missed.
• Boards & tables A safety walk is now signed off in the month it started, and counts in that month. If a site is walked again in the same month, the schedule shows the latest walk.
• Boards & tables On the safety-walks schedule, clicking or tapping any month opens its details: who walked it and when, its actions, and the way to the walk. It replaces the tooltip and works on touch screens too.
• Boards & tables On translated safety-walks boards, action names, walkers' notes and findings now appear in your language once a walk is signed off, with “Translated from” to see them as written.
• Boards & tables Long tables scroll down more smoothly, most of all Questions by site on boards with many sites.
• General What's new opens at full size with a preview of the list while it loads, so nothing jumps, and the cover images fade in.

• Boards & tables Compliance 2.0 boards can translate their introduction with AI, so people read it in the language they use 21RISK in, with the original one click away.
• General Excel attachments now show their first sheet when you open them, whole on one page, instead of only offering a download. Download the file for its other sheets.
• Boards & tables Safety-walk Actions now show only what each site’s latest walk found. Earlier actions stay read-only on their walk. A site has one open walk a month, and a walk can be signed off the month it started or the next.
• Boards & tables The safety-walks schedule remembers the months a site owed a walk, so a missed month stays missed when a site leaves the board or the first month moves.
• General 21RISK speaks Swedish. Choose Svenska under Language in the menu under your name, or in Settings → Profile.
• Security & access Resize the columns in the Users table by dragging their edges, and save the widths in a view.

• General Your profile settings now show which version of 21RISK you’re on, whether a newer one is available, and details about your browser that help support.

• AI & API Chat now offers three models: Fast (the default), Balanced and Powerful. AI features run at Anthropic under zero data retention; Gemini, DeepSeek and Claude Fable are no longer available.
• Compliance Change a saved compliance report's date and time from its Update report menu. The report then shows the site as it stood at the new moment.
• Boards & tables Tables under tabs or an introduction, such as users, activity logs and effective access, now fill the page too, and every table's row lines carry on under its last row.
• Findings Choose whether a findings board shows Reports, Analytics and Sites under Settings. A board without them opens straight on its findings.

• AI & API An AI assistant you connected to 21RISK can now set up an organization it creates for you. It is given access to the new organization, which you can review and remove in your profile’s app settings.
• Analytics On analytics pages the cards come in one after another as you open the page, and fill in as their figures arrive. Compliance 2.0, risk improvement and NatCat overview pages now work this way too.
• Boards & tables Tables across the app reveal their rows as they load instead of showing placeholder rows, and most keep their size while you change filters.
• Boards & tables Profile pictures in tables no longer blink to initials when you move the pointer over them.
• AI & API Chat now opens in a panel beside any page, from the Chat button in the page header, so you can ask about what you're looking at and keep the conversation as you move between pages.

• General Use 21RISK in German: choose Deutsch under Language in the menu under your name. Times like “8 days ago” now also read in your language.
• Compliance NIS2 is now a ready-made framework in Frameworks and Controls, with the EU directive’s requirements, the detailed measures of its implementing regulation and suggested controls.
• Compliance Drag the edge of the question column in Questions by site to give long questions more room. The width is saved on the board for everyone, and a few sites always stay in view.
• Compliance Questions by site fits about three times as many sites on screen: each site is a square showing its status icon, site names run up the header with a legend beside them, and questions get more room.
• Findings Arrange a board's templates in the order you want with the arrows in the board's Templates settings. New findings offer them in that order.

• Boards & tables Rows in long tables, such as findings and actions, appear faster as you scroll through them, most of all in tables with date, number, tag and multi-select fields.
• General The 21RISK icon in your browser tab and on your phone’s home screen is sharper, and stays visible when your browser is in dark mode.
• Analytics Analytics pages appear at once and fill in, part by part, as their figures arrive. A card still waiting for its data shows a moving bar.
• Boards & tables Tables reveal their rows from the top as they load, instead of showing placeholder rows, and keep their size while you change filters.
• General Text attachments such as .txt, .csv, .log and .json files now show their contents when you open them. Files that can’t be shown offer a download instead of a broken image.

• AI & API AI agents can now find the 21RISK MCP server, REST API and agent skills on 21risk.com itself, through the standard discovery files they check before connecting.
• AI & API AI features now send your data only to Anthropic, Google Vertex and Voyage AI. Chat offers Claude, Gemini and DeepSeek (run on Google Vertex); GPT, Mistral and Kimi models are no longer available.
• AI & API Your AI assistant can send large batches of changes, such as updating insurance values for dozens of sites at once, without some of them failing with a database timeout.
• AI & API Go there with AI and Filter with AI work on the insurance Values, COPE, Sites and Policies tables, such as “insurance values for sites in Denmark”, opening the latest insurance period unless you're already in one.
• AI & API Settings › AI › Usage lists every AI call outside chat with its cost, Word site reports included. For Go there and filter with AI, you also see what was typed and where it led.
• Boards & tables A board's User Access and Site Access settings now have a search box, so you can find a user, user group, site or site group by name instead of scrolling the whole list.
• Boards & tables Switch a site, category or board filter between a tree and an A–Z list. When you search, sites inside a ticked group now show as ticked.
• AI & API Filter with AI understands every filter the table offers, including country, city, controls and your own custom fields, such as “sites in Denmark” or “priority High”.

• General Opening a menu on a page you’ve scrolled down, such as a table column’s menu under Settings › AI › Usage, keeps the page where it is instead of scrolling it to the top.
• Findings On a board with many templates, choosing one for a new finding fits the screen, with a search box and the templates grouped by category in number order.
• General Switching organization from ⌘K (Ctrl+K) shows each organization’s logo, as the organization menu does.

• AI & API AI agents connected to 21RISK, such as Claude, can now pass a problem, an idea or a question on to the 21RISK team for you, for example when a 21RISK function fails. We reply to you by email.
• Boards & tables Items open faster from a board’s table: the table behind the dialog no longer redraws every row.
• Boards & tables When you rename a board or folder, or change what its items are called, breadcrumbs, page titles and buttons show the change right away, without reloading the page.
• Boards & tables Findings and other items open faster from large boards: opening one no longer makes the browser restyle the whole page.
• Findings Format a findings report’s description with headings, lists and links, and see it in a Description column on the reports table. Click a report’s count of findings to open them on the board.

• AI & API Chat answers on Claude models now reuse earlier steps from the prompt cache, so long answers that look up a lot of data cost less than a third of what they did.
• Compliance A Compliance 2.0 site’s page and its saved reports no longer show an error banner when you reload them and scroll before the page has finished loading.
• General On iPhone, writing a comment or searching a list in a panel that slides up from the bottom keeps the panel on screen when the keyboard opens.
• Notifications After you save or revert an email template, the notifications list shows the change right away.
• Insurance Locking or unlocking an insurance period updates its settings without reloading the page.

• Compliance A Compliance 2.0 board can let people verify any closed answer, so an auditor can confirm it still holds. The answer’s history shows who verified it and when.
• Boards & tables Verify a closed item right from its status in the table, and revoke your own verification from the item’s history if it was a mistake.
• Boards & tables An item stays valid for its interval after it is closed or last verified, whichever is newer. Tables show when each item was closed and until when it is valid.
• Insurance Record each insurance policy’s premium rate in per mille under Insurance › Policies, and sort the policies by it. A new period starts with the rates of the period before.
• Insurance The Insurance menu in the sidebar no longer lists Map, Sites, Values and other links twice after you move from a page such as Sites to Settings.
• Insurance Choose which insurance policy covers each site, in the Values table or on the site’s overview, or mark a site outside the global programme. A new period keeps every site under the same policy.
• Compliance On a Compliance 2.0 site, Actions › Word report with AI writes a Word report of the site: key figures, audit dates, what needs attention and next steps. The AI chat keeps the conversation, so you can ask for changes.
• General What's new no longer opens empty when its list fails to load. It says so and lets you try again, or reload the page when 21RISK has been updated since you opened it.

• Boards & tables In an item’s activity, click a file that was added or renamed to open it in the preview, without leaving the activity.
• General Billable hours under Settings › Billing now total the hours and amount you're looking at, and a new Status column filters to the hours not invoiced yet.
• Analytics The board table in Power BI has a Board Id column with each board’s 21RISK id, for Compliance boards too.
• AI & API Agents connected over MCP or the API can start a sites or users bulk import from an uploaded Excel file. Until now the request failed before reading the file.
• AI & API Images in comments now belong to their item: the AI assistant and agents find them for whoever may see the item, and say they are in a comment on it, such as a risk improvement at a site.
• AI & API Every member can now ask the AI assistant, or an agent over MCP, about uploaded documents and photos, not just tenant owners: it finds and reads only the files they may see, such as the attachments of the items they can view.
• Insurance In dark mode, insurance company and broker logos under Insurance › Settings › Sharing sit on a white plate, so dark logos stay readable.
• Compliance On a Compliance 2.0 site’s page, each question’s sub-tasks are listed right under it, with a ring that shows how many are done. Edit their status, responsible and due date right in the table.
• Boards & tables An item’s window shows where it belongs: its site, board and, for Compliance 2.0, its sections, and a sub-task shows the item it belongs to.
• Sites The site tree draws lines from each site to the sites under it.

• Compliance A site's compliance page now has an Actions menu, where you can save a report or export the questions, statuses, responsibles, due dates and costs to Excel.
• Compliance You can now download a site's compliance page as a PDF from its Actions menu, as it stands right now, without saving a report first.
• AI & API In organizations with AI turned on, the AI assistant and MCP agents now find and quote scanned PDF pages for tenant owners: a model reads each page that has no usable text of its own from an image of it.
• Sites Search sites by latitude and longitude through the API and the MCP server. Give a point to get the sites pinned on the map nearest first, each with its distance in meters, or only those within a radius.
• Insurance Share your insurance data with an insurance company or broker before it joins 21RISK. The share waits, marked Waiting, and they see your data once they join, until the sharing ends.

Improvements 7

• Security & access Many changes to users, user groups, boards, access, responsibilities or sites in quick succession, for example by an AI agent, are faster: they share one access update instead of waiting for each other.
• General 21RISK asks your browser not to translate its pages, because automatic translation could freeze parts of the app or show an error.
• Insurance Insurance companies show their logo under Insurance › Settings › Sharing, so you can see at a glance whom your insurance data goes to.
• Insurance Choose which insurance companies and brokers may see your insurance data, and until which day, under Insurance › Settings › Sharing. The weekly digest reminds Insurance board owners before a share ends.
• Compliance When you see one site, Questions by site shows a preview of that site’s own page next to the questions, with a button to open it, and the questions take the rest of the width.
• Sites Many changes to sites, site groups or a board's sites in quick succession, for example an AI agent adding hundreds of sites to a site group, are faster: they share one update of each board's sites instead of waiting for each other.
• Compliance On a Compliance 2.0 board in a folder, click the board’s name in the breadcrumb to switch to another standard in that folder. You land on the same page there, such as Sites or Reports.

• Notifications When someone deletes a folder, the activity log and its email now say a folder was deleted, not a board.
• Notifications The 21RISK logo at the top of our emails no longer shows black corners in Outlook and other mail apps.
• AI & API The AI assistant and MCP agents now say what holds each file they find for a tenant owner, such as a risk improvement, claim or insurance policy, and can search only one kind of place, site, board or item.
• Boards & tables A table filter that leaves out several values no longer fails on a column holding one value, such as status, when switched to "is all of" or sent that way by an agent: it leaves them all out.
• Boards & tables Menus work from the keyboard: open a column’s menu and start typing to find a value, use the arrow keys to move and Enter to pick, and keep typing to pick more.
• General Organization logos load faster, and show again on the page you see when you lose access to an organization. The logo settings now say that a logo is public.
• Security & access On a phone, the sign-in screens use the full width of the screen, with the form at the top on a calm dark background.

• General Save buttons keep their size while they save, so the buttons and fields beside them stay put, and more of them say Saving and Saved right inside the button.
• Compliance Adding a site group to a Compliance 2.0 board finishes about three times sooner. Its new questions reach analytics exports up to a minute later.
• Sites Satellite maps show Greenland’s towns and settlements in sharp aerial photos from Asiaq, Greenland Survey, so you can make out each building where the satellite imagery was a blur.
• AI & API In organizations with AI turned on, tenant owners can ask the AI assistant, or an agent over MCP, to find and read uploaded photos by what they show and the text in them, such as a corroded valve or a pump’s type plate.

• AI & API The API reference shows the type of every procedure input, such as tenant, and documents what querySites returns.
• Compliance Adding sites to a board with conditional questions is faster, and analytics no longer counts a question as added at a site where it didn’t apply yet.
• Insurance An insurance export includes the files of every value column your organization added, not just one, and a site's files always show its latest save.
• Compliance Changes that update thousands of items at once, such as a question's applicability, a new question version or a deleted tag, no longer fail on large boards.
• Security & access When your organization’s address has changed, API and AI assistant requests that still use the old one say what the new address is.
• General Saving shows the 21RISK loader: a check when your change is saved, and a red mark if it couldn’t be.

• Boards & tables A table's Filter menu lists every active filter, so you can see, change and remove them on a phone too, and a table emptied by its filters offers to clear them.

Improvements 6

• Security & access Changes to your own account, such as ending sessions or managing connected apps, no longer show in an organization’s activity log, and apps you gave read-only access can’t change your account.
• AI & API Enterprise organizations get €50 of AI free each month. All AI in 21RISK counts toward it, and the AI Usage tab shows how much is used and what will be billed.
• General A new Usage tab in billing settings shows your AI spend this month, how much file storage your organization uses, and the consulting hours not yet invoiced.
• General ⌘K (Ctrl+K) finds every page and setting you can open, remembers what you picked, and offers actions for what’s on screen, such as closing the actions you selected.
• AI & API Commands and other code that agents write through the MCP server or API, in backticks or code blocks, are kept and shown as code in descriptions, notes and agent instructions.
• Compliance Training campaigns take a video you upload as an MP4, or a link to a public Vimeo or Mux video, including unlisted Vimeo videos.

• General Thumbnails of large photo attachments load reliably again, instead of sometimes showing as broken images.
• General The page header keeps its path on one line on small screens. When the path doesn’t fit, the steps in the middle fold into a … menu.
• General An item’s Save button stays at the bottom of the screen while you scroll its form, and on phones and tablets it lets you add a comment.

• Findings Show a Reports column on the findings table to see which report each finding is in, open the report, or filter findings by report.
• Insurance Start a bulk import of insurance values from the Actions menu on the Values table. Without permission to edit values, the option is greyed out and says why.

• AI & API Paging backward through results in the API and AI tools now returns the rows right before your cursor, also when the sort column is empty on some rows.
• Boards & tables Column menus show search and the Any and No filters straight away, while only the list of values waits to load.
• Compliance On Compliance 2.0 boards the breadcrumb names the site you’re on. Click it to jump to another of the board’s sites, or click the section to move to Questions, Reports or Settings.

• Compliance Compliance 1.0 boards are now read-only: reports work as before, but new boards, versions and question changes belong in Compliance 2.0.
• Findings Switching an expiration between fixed periods and rolling keeps the day periods start on, and a finding’s warning shows the exact day it will expire before you save.
• General The “On this page” navigation on settings and docs pages has a cleaner look, matching the Jump to question list on a site’s compliance page. A bar marks where you are, and every section on screen stands out.
• Findings Status rules now also apply when you create a finding, so a new finding can only start in a status you could move it to, the board’s default status included.

• General The activity log keeps every change, even when one action changes several things at once, such as removing a framework that unlinks controls from findings.
• Claims Anyone who may create claims can now file them on any site on the Claims board, without site access to it. Choose the board’s sites under Claims → Settings → Site Access.
