- AI & API A change the AI assistant proposes now waits 30 minutes for your approval. If it expires, nothing is changed: ask again in the same chat.
- General Moving between pages is faster: the sidebar and your organization’s settings no longer reload each time you open a page.
- Boards & tables Table pages load faster: the table's settings and the rest of the page's data now load together instead of one after the other, and pages no longer download parts of the app they don't use.
- General Large PowerPoint and Word attachments now show their pages when you open them, even when they’re full of photos.
- Boards & tables New safety-walks boards keep the Actions table short: cost estimate and due date start hidden, and you can show them from Manage table.
- Boards & tables Filter safety-walk Actions by Walk or Latest walk to see what any walk found. An action from an earlier walk now says so clearly at the top, and stays read-only.
- Boards & tables The safety-walks schedule shows where each month’s actions stand: coloured dots in the cell, and a summary when you hover it with who did the walk, when, and a link to just those actions.
- Boards & tables A site added to a safety-walks board is due straight away, in the month it joins, instead of the month after. If that first month isn't walked, it doesn't count as missed.
- Boards & tables A safety walk is now signed off in the month it started, and counts in that month. If a site is walked again in the same month, the schedule shows the latest walk.
- Boards & tables On the safety-walks schedule, clicking or tapping any month opens its details: who walked it and when, its actions, and the way to the walk. It replaces the tooltip and works on touch screens too.
- Boards & tables On translated safety-walks boards, action names, walkers' notes and findings now appear in your language once a walk is signed off, with “Translated from” to see them as written.
- Boards & tables Long tables scroll down more smoothly, most of all Questions by site on boards with many sites.
- General What's new opens at full size with a preview of the list while it loads, so nothing jumps, and the cover images fade in.
